Wondermore connects authors, illustrators, and their books with Boston-area students increasing equitable access and reinforcing a love for reading. We envision a world in which all students have the opportunity to see themselves in the books they read and are inspired to become lifelong learners.

Wondermore enhances curriculum by bringing authors and illustrators into small classroom settings where they share stories about their journey as an artist and answer questions about what goes into writing books. After every presentation, we give each student a copy of the book for their home library. We also give copies of the author's other titles to the classrooms and school libraries, extending the impact of our event beyond the day of the visit.
