I’m Judy Goldberg, founder of Wondershift LLC, and we work with leaders and organizations to uncover the wonder they can control, and turn it into real, lasting impact. After more than a decade leading learning and development at Discovery Networks International, Royal Caribbean, and Sony Pictures Entertainment, I drew on these corporate experience and my own personal journeys to create a practical, human-centered approach to all we do.

At Wondershift, we blend whole-brain thinking, experiential learning, and a global perspective to design offsites, retreats, workshops, strategy sessions, and programs that shift mindsets, behaviors, and ways of working. We guide teams through transitions, organizational redesigns, and moments of uncertainty, partnering with them to break through barriers, improve alignment, and move forward with clarity, presence, and impact.
