I’m Judy Goldberg, founder of Wondershift LLC, and we work with leaders and organizations to uncover the wonder they can control, and turn it into real, lasting impact. After more than a decade leading learning and development at Discovery Networks International, Royal Caribbean, and Sony Pictures Entertainment, I drew on these corporate experience and my own personal journeys to create a practical, human-centered approach to all we do.

At Wondershift, we blend whole-brain thinking, experiential learning, and a global perspective to design offsites, retreats, workshops, strategy sessions, and programs that shift mindsets, behaviors, and ways of working.
