Our turnkey approach to Custom Home Building, Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation, Basement Finishes, Additions and Whole House Renovation creates both an outstanding finished product and a low stress environment for our clients. Design
Professional design with cutting edge rendering software enables our clients to visualize the final results before a hammer is swung.  Loving your finished design before the demolition starts relieves stress and provides our clients with confidence throughout the project. 

Budgeting and Team Selection 
After the initial concept drawings are approved we move forward with a quick costing of the project.  This number aids in the design process. As a design build company, we have the ability revise the design to fit a budget.  This quick costing worksheet determines a concept budget we will then use to move forward to finalize the design.  At this time, our designs are also reviewed by our structural engineer and trade professionals for feasibility and value engineering.  After the final design is approved we move forward to a hard costing number with all allowances and materials selected.  The appropriate permits are applied for and timeline is laid out. 

Management    

Woodcraft Design Build Inc. utilizes “Lead Carpenter” managed projects.  This means the person managing your project is on site at all times.  No need to make a call to the office to have something verified or a change made.  With this system it also allows Woodcraft to have one manager for one job. Exceptional quality and attention to the details are the results of this system. Woodcraft Design Build Inc. is a family owned and operated design build company.
