Works-in-Progress Associates has been instrumental in bringing over 170 educational, arts, cultural, social service, and community development projects to completion in the last 18 years.  Our mission is to provide superior construction management and owner’s representative services, lending our expertise to any and all phases of a project, from conception to occupancy. 
WPA includes a diverse staff of talented project managers, including architects, experienced project and construction managers with an eye toward sustainability. We manage facility changes with ease, allowing our clients to continue working on the projects that define their organizations. 
WPA keeps a sharp focus on the scope of work, budget oversight, and scheduling, guiding our clients through every step of project development, e.g. quality control, strategic planning, contract negotiation and administration, design evaluation, construction supervision, LEED accreditation, move and occupancy strategies. Previous assignments include new construction, renovations, historic preservation, and phased development projects.
WPA works closely with each client to identify critical project issues, opportunities for growth, and strategies to negotiate obstacles.  Our main priority is satisfying our clients and benefitting the communities they serve by delivering projects on time and within budget.
