Wright Design Studio holds a philosophy for quality designs for quality homes. The design must reflect the needs and desires of the client. Each client represents a different set of parameters, and requirements. Meeting their individual goals is what has kept home design a fascinating profession for this length of time. Working one-on-one is always an unknown variable. By working closely with the client, the individual solution works to the best of their lifestyle. 

In addition to meeting the needs of each client, the house must look like it belongs on the site. It must blend in harmoniously with its environment. Each lot, like each client, has its own particular set of parameters: views, solar orientation, access, trees and topographical landmarks. All elements can be incorporated into the design of the home, and be used advantageously. 

Homes must work to use less energy, and minimize their impact on the general environment as well as the specific environment, where the house is to be located.  Modern technology and plain common sense must work together to achieve this goal.  Rick has spent months of class time learning how to achieve truly sustainable house design and construction.
