$15 million to $300 million, single-asset or portfolios.

MARKETS & CHARACTERISTICS

•Seeking markets with high barriers to competitive supply due to municipal regulations or difficulty /high costs of construction.
•Targeting urban and resort markets with a diversity of demand generators with foreseeable secular demand growth and a unique sense of place.
•Infill locations with higher population density and growth.
•Particular interest in Sunbelt and Mountain West states, with recent acquisitions for example in cities such as Charleston, SC, Sedona, AZ and Jackson Hole, WY.
•Target States include: AL,AZ,FL,GA,ID,IN,MT,NC,SC,SD,TN,TX,UT,VA,WY.
