W.S. Cumby was founded in 1981 by William Cumby, Sr. and William (Bill) Cumby, Jr. We are proud to see it enter its 40th year under the leadership of Bill, Jr. and William (Bill) Cumby, III. As owners, we are intimately involved in every project W.S. Cumby takes on. Our organization is led by three simple core values:

Across our team of over 50 professionals we employ estimating and preconstruction specialists, project managers and project engineers, site superintendents, a field team of carpenters and laborers, and support staff in accounting and project management support. Our offices are in Springfield, Delaware County, PA. 

W.S. Cumby offers Construction Management, General Contractor, and Design Build services.  We offer the detail-focused approach and craftsmanship of a boutique construction manager with the expertise and market presence of a larger firm.
