Wulfe & Co. is a Houston-based, full-service commercial retail real estate company founded in 1985.  The real estate services offered by Wulfe & Co. include development, leasing, management, sales and consulting for property owners, and site selection services for retailers and restaurants. 
Wulfe & Co. has been involved in the successful development, leasing and management of numerous well-known retail shopping centers which include properties developed by Wulfe & Co. and properties owned by clients of Wulfe & Co.  These projects include BLVD Place, Meyerland Plaza, Gulfgate Center, Shepherd Square, Pinecroft Center, Baybrook Square, Baybrook Village, Baybrook Gateway and Deerbrook MarketPlace.  Our developments have included such prominent equity partners as Harvard University endowment, City of Houston and Exxon/Mobil.  Currently, Wulfe & Co. is responsible for servicing approximately 6,300,000 square feet of improved properties.
In addition, Wulfe & Co. has provided site selection services for numerous retailers and restaurants.  These clients range from national chains to local businesses, and include large anchor stores, mid-size retailers and restaurants, and freestanding restaurants and financial institutions.
The strengths of Wulfe & Co. include its in-depth knowledge of retail real estate, its vast professional experience and its well-established relationships with property owners and retailers.  In addition, Wulfe & Co. is very active in national professional organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).  The senior partners with Wulfe & Co. are well respected in Houston and throughout the country, and are active in the community as civic leaders.  
Although Wulfe & Co.’s efforts are focused primarily in the greater Houston area, the company has provided services for property owners and retailers in select cities across the country.
