WWA is also a participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program.  WWA has been awarded a General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).  WWA provides construction, environmental, and management consulting services. WWA’s first contract opportunity was with Brown & Root Building Co.
WWA was initially founded in 1994 by Edward O. Willis to provide support services for construction or major projects that needed assistance in ensuring diversity was reflected in subcontracting and the delivery of services.  It eventually specialized in providing consulting services to private and government agencies.  In May 2013, it reorganized to become WW Associates Management & Consulting, LLC.  WWA is founded on a principle that recognizes the need for a stronger coalition between businesses and government that leads to organizational efficiencies and better services to the public.  The WWA team consists of seasoned individuals ready to assist clients with their business goals.  “Strategic Alliances” combine with WWA to deliver the best quality services with the latest technology.

The company has received several awards for outstanding performance:  
-the SBA Arizona Small Business Development Center 2017 Success Award provided to the most successful Arizona small businesses;  
-the SBA 2020 Arizona Small Business Veteran Champion Award, presented to individuals who have fulfilled a commitment to advancing small business opportunities for military veterans; and 
-the SBA 2022 Pacific Region Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year in recognition of exceptional results in contract performance.
