We advise building owners on curing and preventing problems like mold, indoor air quality, and construction defects. Also reducing (or eliminating) frivolous asbestos and lead (Pb) lawsuits.  We determining moisture source causing mold through forensic investigation and design mold remediation and repair projects to prevent recurrence.

We inspect for and develop plans to manage asbestos and reduce exposure.

We also specialize in building science, avoiding construction defects from design to build, green building and increasing energy efficiency in buildings, LEED commissioning, reducing waste on construction sites, and first time quality in construction to avoid litigation, reduce costs, and create a better environment for all around us.

We are an SBET (Small Business Employment Training) provider. If your company has 50 or less employees and meets certain critera, you could be eligible to be reimbursed that we provide for you.

We provide regularly scheduled training in asbestos refreshers required by DEQ, green building, avoiding construction defects, green building and LEED commissioning, and reducing waste during construction.

We also provide customized training to meet your needs.
