It all started over 70 years ago in an Alabama kitchen with a love of Southern flavors. A gentleman dreamer and his wife had a simple belief – that with the right blend of grains and the perfect mix of spice, the flavors of the South could be shared with everyone. Years of meticulous crafting yielded just the right blend but it was the financial support of a trusted friend that allowed the recipe to be shared beyond that humble kitchen.

With the right resources at hand, and a little faith, Wynn opened the doors of her friends’ kitchen and allowed their Southern crafted flavors to flourish. Even as the third generation enters this family business, we continue to honor Wynn’s belief in our parents’ – and grandparents’ – passion and the magic of Southern flavors.
