Wyoming County Community Health System is a county-owned health system that has served Wyoming County and the surrounding area for more than 113 years, based in Warsaw, New York. It operates a 25-bed critical access hospital, a 10-bed inpatient behavioral health unit, a 138-bed skilled nursing facility, and more than ten primary and specialty care clinics. It provides 24-hour emergency care and a broad range of services, including family and internal medicine, orthopedics and general surgery, podiatry, cardiology, inpatient mental health, neurology, endocrinology, dialysis, and other specialties.

Outpatient clinics are located in Arcade, Attica, Mt. Morris, Perry, and Warsaw to extend access across the region. In December 2024 WCCHS announced a partnership with UBMD Surgery to offer breast consultations and biopsies led by Dr. Stuti Tambar, expanding its specialty services.
