Wyoming County Community Health System is a county-owned health system that has served Wyoming County and the surrounding area for more than 113 years, based in Warsaw, New York. It operates a 25-bed critical access hospital, a 10-bed inpatient behavioral health unit, a 138-bed skilled nursing facility, and more than ten primary and specialty care clinics.
