Xperitas is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to promoting language world-readiness through authentic immersion experiences. Founded by world language teachers in 1972, we have helped educators inspire students to use the skills learned in the classroom within native-speaking destinations around the world. Our philosophy of creating authentic experiences that help students develop greater confidence and cultural understanding has been embraced by language educators.

The cornerstone of our programs is the celebrated Family Stay Experience®. Our carefully designed programs for French, German and Spanish allow students to become temporary locals, experiencing everyday life as part of a family and community. 

For fifty years we have provided our teachers and student participants with transformational educational experiences. We share our founders’ passion for creating the best language immersion travel programs possible.
