Y-12 Credit Union is a federally chartered, not-for-profit financial institution owned by its members, based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. It was founded in 1950 to serve employees of the Union Carbide Y-12 Nuclear Weapons Production Plant and shifted to a community charter in 2003, now serving more than 117,000 members across eight counties. The organization operates fourteen branches and emphasizes safety, financial strength, trustworthiness, and a high standard of member service as core principles.

As a member-owned financial services cooperative, Y-12 FCU offers a broad range of financial services to its members. A notable development in 2025 is a partnership with NCR Atleos Corporation to advance member service through enhanced self-service technology, announced on March 31, 2025.
