One Y For All The YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh is a 501c(3) charitable organization dedicated to nurturing the potential of every youth and teen, improving our region’s health and well-being and providing opportunities to give back and support our neighbors. Across the United States, 2,700 YMCAs engage 21 million men, women and children of all ages, incomes and backgrounds. Our work is focused across three areas of priority: Closing the Achievement Gap, Eliminating Health Disparities and Food Security and Aid to Financially Struggling Families. Programs offered by the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh serve more than 90,000 different people each year and include after-school care and childcare, outdoor camping, community outreach, sports, health and fitness, youth mentoring and senior assistance.
