A HISTORY OF IMPACT For over 110 years the YMCA of the Central Bay Area has been serving our diverse, dynamic membership the family programming, wellness support and youth opportunities they need. More than 35,000 people use our three community centers, accessing a wide array of health and fitness options. We are proud of our afterschool centers, our day camps, and our standards-setting preschools. At every branch of our Y we are increasing our membership and updating our facilities.
