Yoga Den was founded in 2002, opening it’s first studio in the
beautiful suburb of Mandarin in Jacksonville Florida. Yoga Den opened offering both all-levels classes (MindBody) as well as high energy-athletic classes (Sun Power)- both eclectic blends of the styles and lineages that the founder had the privilege to learn from her teachers. With a post-traditional philosophy of ‘let the shape conform to you, not the other way around’, Yoga Den has and will always foster a no-judgement attitude, and encourages students to listen to their bodies. Yoga Den currently has seven studios in the Jacksonville Area: Mandarin, Fleming Island, Southside, Avondale, World Golf Village, San Pablo, and Shoppes of Bayard. As a Yoga Den member you have the advantage of using your key tag at all of our locations with our Passport Membership, giving you access to hundreds of weekly classes in both Jacksonville and St. Augustine.

Our philosophy is No Judgement , so we offer plenty of permission language to rest and teach you how to modify postures if needed. Yoga is a practice that you learn over time, and there are both beginners and seasoned students enjoying classes together, therefore our instructors create a space where everyone feels accepted.
