Try Jivamuki, Iyengar, Vinyasa or Ashtanga. And when you want to relax and renew, we offer Restorative, Yoga massage services, and retreats. What are classes like? Our Yoga is energizing, with a flow, recommended for physically fit types. Here, we celebrate individuality in all forms. Each class is a unique reflection of the teacher’s interpretation of their style. Depending on which you choose, there may be chanting, a Dharma talk, rock and roll…or focus on body alignment. And the only music you hear is the sound of your own breath as you still the mind. 
Whichever style you gravitate toward, our Yoga is always led by seasoned instructors, with a nurturing hand, who teach from the heart.
