Yorktown Education is a private, co-educational K-12 school that prepares children to thrive and prosper in a global environment. Yorktown Education believes every person should live a full and satisfying life. This can only be accomplished with a proper education and work. A superior education will highlight a student's talents and abilities. Yorktown Education provides personalized learning with flexible schedules and dual enrollment programs at Collin College. Our founder was drawn to education through the experiences of his children. Despite being in a leading public school, it was clear that his son’s education was not adequate for our modern world. Mr. Reiners thought he would move his son into a private school but found they were teaching the same curriculum with the same methods as public schools. Mr. Reiners then got involved in school reform and founded Yorktown Education in 2004 to develop a better education for today’s children. After four years of research with leading educators, the Yorktown Education school opened its doors in 2008. Today, Yorktown Education is generating among the highest learning improvements in the United States. Yorktown Education is now recognized in all 50 States and 69 foreign countries. It is accredited by Advanc-ED and a member of ERB (Educational Research Bureau).
