Yosemite Conservancy, headquartered in San Francisco, operates as a philanthropic fundraising organization supporting Yosemite National Park. Through donor-funded grants, it backs projects that restore trails and habitat, protect wildlife, advance scientific research, preserve cultural and historic resources, and strengthen the visitor experience. Drawing on more than a century of involvement with Yosemite, the Conservancy channels donor support into park-wide initiatives, and has provided more than $130 million in grants supporting more than 680 completed projects. Its audience includes Yosemite supporters, volunteers, and park visitors who engage through giving, volunteering, or taking part in programs such as guided outdoor experiences, art classes, and performances at the Yosemite Theater, with proceeds from park bookstores and online shops funding park projects. In 2024, Cassius Cash was appointed as CEO and president.
