We are a nonprofit corporation focused on youth development, educational consultation, scholarship management, and college preparation. We aid youth in the development of tactical methods to overcome personal hardships; and to enhance their leadership qualities, basic life skills, and methods to communicate and network. We encourage youth to understand and utilize both positive and negative experiences for personal development. Continuously, we conduct research in the areas of education, communication, relationships, socioeconomic issues, childcare, and health and wellness. We foster youth development through education, training initiatives, and exposure opportunities. 

We operate based on the foundational understanding that youth face significant effects of socioeconomic issues that influence their inability and unwillingness to achieve an education; extreme usage of illegal drugs and heavy underage drinking; and risky and irresponsible sexual behavior. Many urban students are affected by poverty and living in single-parent homes, which is a major factor in their growth and development. There are youth who have the ability to understand basic concepts of life, truth, which references to history, spiritual concepts, morals and values, and the influential effects of irresponsible sexual behavior.
