Mission Statement - Youth and Family Peer Support Alliance fosters a family and youth-driven system and network of care to assist and support families with mental health challenges at home, at school, and in the community. Vision Statement - Youth and Family Peer Support Alliance will be the voice of families and children throughout Champaign, Ford, Vermilion and Iroquois County experiencing emotional, behavioral, and/or mental health challenges readily obtain the support and services needed for optimal mental health. Values Statement – The Alliance is committed to providing culturally competent, youth-guided, family-driven and trauma informed services and supports to the youth and families we serve. - Honor – we are committed to honoring family voice and choice. Families are the primary decision makers and we will support them in making the decisions that are best for them. - Excellence – we will serve each family in the spirit of excellence and respect that they deserve across all systems. - Leadership – every volunteer, board of director, administrator and direct service staff is committed to being the change that we want to see in our community, county and state. This will be evident in how we live and how we serve.
