As a National Affiliate of YouthBuild USA and an AmeriCorps program, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk youth in Lake County through education and job training services.

Our mission is to empower young adults by providing them with the education and training necessary to become gainfully employed and build a brighter future. Our comprehensive programming includes academic skill enhancement, high school diploma attainment, leadership development and mentoring activities, green construction training, life skills, case management and counseling, community service opportunities, career exploration, job readiness training, post-secondary educational initiatives, job/college placement, and follow-up services.
