Founded in 1991, Zannino Engineering, Inc. is a trusted geotechnical and construction materials testing firm serving clients across Virginia. Our Richmond-based laboratory is AASHTO re:source accredited and USACE Materials Testing Center validated, and our team includes licensed engineers and certified technicians with expertise spanning soils, concrete, asphalt, steel, and masonry. Our technical staff is certified through ACI, VDOT, and NICET and is multi-disciplined in soils and concrete to enable us to manage large projects with the same technical staff ensuring continuity throughout each project. From residential soil studies to $100M+ developments, our work includes many of Central Virginia’s most recognizable sites, such as Colonial Downs Racetrack, the Richmond Floodwall, Midtown Green (formerly the Washington Commanders Training Camp), and projects across Scott’s Addition, Manchester, and the West End.
