Zia Engineering & Environmental Consultants, LLC., was established in 2000 by the company’s President and CEO, Edward Martinez. The company has steadily expanded its capabilities and staff since its inception, growing from a staff of four at the end of its first year to its present staff of over 70 employees in locations throughout the country.
