Collins Lee, and was known as Hughes, Clark & Lee. Wilbert L. Ziegler, present Senior Member of the law firm, joined the surviving partners in 1958, and in turn, was joined in 1968 by David A. Schneider. The firm subsequently became Ziegler & Schneider, P.S.C. Wilbert L. Ziegler and David A. Schneider are currently actively practicing as members of the firm.
