Her approach blends corporate experience, research, mindfulness, leadership, coaching, and experiential learning. She's a certified professional coach, a certified co-active coach, a two-time Ironman finisher, a certified yoga instructor, a certified scrum master, trained in systems theory, and has been named a favorite Executive Coach by BRAVA Magazine.
