Zubatkin Owner Representation, A Cumming Group Company, was established in 1994 and primarily serves not-for-profit organizations, including museum, performing arts, educational and religious institutions, across the East Coast of the United States.  

Zubatkin Owner Representation recently merged with Cumming Group, a renowned industry leader in project and cost management. The focus of Zubatkin’s practice is to assist in the strategic planning, design and construction of capital projects. The firm’s diverse portfolio spans all aspects of a project’s development – from initial real estate analysis, master planning and programming through design, construction and move-in – for both new construction and renovation and expansion projects. While a majority of Zubatkin’s work covers the not-for-profit sector, the team is also working with some of the leading private developers in New York. This blend of not-for-profit and for-profit experience provides a unique understanding of how to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to successfully structure projects with site challenges, complicated phasing, operational issues, and budget and schedule constraints.
