In April 2025, Éolane France ceased its operations in France and Morocco and entered judicial liquidation following a court-approved sale process. As part of this process, selected activities at five production sites in France and two in Morocco were acquired by Cicor Group, a leading pan-European provider of electronic manufacturing services (EMS). Cicor has since integrated these activities into its operations and continues to support customers with its expanded capabilities. Please note that Cicor Group is an independent company and not a legal successor to Éolane France.
