10 Minutes to Change™ is a one-on-one 75 minute Flash-Mentoring session with Eric Frankel, Scott Cohen (or a specially trained flash-mentor). Each session culminates with 10 minutes of highly motivating and uniquely personalized insights communicated directly to the participant. These insights are provided for the participant’s ‘ears only’, and captured via a secure encrypted audio file. Key perspectives garnered from the discussion, utilizing our proprietary 5C Model, are also documented and delivered to the participant within 7 days with additional follow up communications available. Our clients are executives and business unit leaders guiding organizations ranging from 50 person entrepreneurial companies to Fortune 500 companies. Participants are typically middle managers and individual contributors receiving memorable, high impact, objective guidance to accelerate self-reflection and performance. The 10 Minutes to Change™ model has also been leveraged to include affordable outplacement services and the Town Hall 360°™, flash mentoring delivered in a group setting.
