Our professional divorce mediators are registered with the State of Georgia.   Mediation appointments can be scheduled online and at one of our office locations.  Spouses can choose to attend with or without legal counsel present.  When one or both spouses do not have legal counsel at the appointment, the spouses are always invited to have drafted agreements reviewed by legal counsel, if desired.  Typical divorce mediations involve facilitated discussions regarding division of assets and debts, spousal support, child support, child custody and visitation (parenting plans), and -often - timelines for when certain events will occur (e.g., when/how someone will move out, a bank account will be closed, the divorce petition will be filed, etc.).
