Heather partners with individuals to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, and unlock their potential. She acts as a guide as well as a sounding board in a collaborative relationship. The focus is on helping successful people become even more effective in their work and their daily lives.


Team Alignment & Development 
Heather helps leadership teams better align around the core essentials that will drive collective success. Utilizing 21st Vision tools as a framework, Heather designs and facilitates customized team alignment programs that incorporate both quantitative and qualitative data. In the end, specific areas, which will have the most impact for the leadership team will be addressed.


Team Building 
The success of most organizations depends on the ability of individuals to build effective teams. The thing is, teams don’t build themselves. Team building is the process of turning a group of individual employees/contributors into a single, cohesive team, improving productivity and motivation.
