The Payment Receipt Journal is a unique front office solution the "tracks the money" from all sources and provides a front end merchant solution allowing providers to accept and process all types of payments through a single system interface. The Revenue Control System is a robust financial engine that bridges revenue cycle functions with finance. RCS is unique for its highly configurable and scalable design allowing it to work alongside and in conjunction with virtually any existing technology environment. RCS manages unallocated funds, remit allocations, and provides inter-organizational system management by balancing collections and internal reconciliations with external systems such as bank deposits and settlement files.In addition RCS provides real-time monitoring of all payment activity and balances payment and deposit systems to the penny daily while creating a fully auditable system of record.

3 Chopt also has developed a set of tools known as the 3 Chopt Application Architecture (3CAA) designed to solve a myriad of common problems with broken or manual processes that exist within hospital business offices. 3 Chopt offers a 360 degree payment management analysis that consists of an on-site assessment to help finance professionals better understand how to manage and account for revenue across the system while offering "quick win" solutions in areas that typically have manual processes or home-grown systems
