Property Management - 
Once you’re under contract with us we can help you:
•  prepare your property for tenant/s
•  check your tenant in and agree with them on a current condition of the premises, provide them with keys/fobs/garage door remotes 
• address all tenant issues for the duration of the lease
• check out tenant - determine if state of premises has changed and help you get quotes to support withholding deposit funds, if necessary

Contractor Management - 
If you don't want to or can't manage your contractor on a rehab or building project bring us in to ensure your vision for your project is maintained.
