Strategic positioning 3Z Telecom is a specialized player in antenna alignment and monitoring with a track record trusted by major carriers, presenting a clear opportunity to upsell advanced alignment solutions and remote monitoring to large telecom operators and contractors.

Acquisition momentum VIAVI’s acquisition of 3Z Telecom positions the brand within a larger carrier-grade portfolio, enabling cross-sell of integrated fiber, test, and network monitoring products to existing VIAVI customers.

IoT capability IoA IoT for Antennas enables cloud-enabled remote monitoring of sensor data in real time, offering a gateway to expand to additional towers, fleets, and predictive maintenance services for asset-heavy wireless networks.

Product modernization Recent firmware updates and the RF Vision with HD camera and AR indicate a continued focus on high-accuracy, user-friendly alignment tools, creating opportunities to offer upgrade paths, training, and managed services.

Growth potential With revenue in the lower mid-range and a lean employee base, there is room to scale field deployment services, integration with existing network management platforms, and channel partnerships to accelerate adoption among mid-to-large operators.
