With services ranging from conceptual planning and cost estimating to the acquisition of hundreds of miles and parcels to construction and maintenance support,  4D Acquisition and Consulting (4D) and our team of professionals has brought real estate and right of way solutions to our clients since 2004. We support public and private sector energy, transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the US and Canada. From project early planning to cost estimating, routing, FERC/NEPA filing support, to acquisition, relocation, permitting and operation maintenance support 4D has experience and provided services throughout every step of a project’s life.
