Focused primarily on the business-to-business market, A-1 Mechanical offers a wide range of services for its commercial clients. Its core business revolves around the installation, replacement and servicing of heating and air conditioning systems for every type of business, from retail establishments, to office buildings, warehouses, and medical and pharmaceutical clean rooms. 

Over the past 13 years, A-1 has expanded its commercial service menu to include voice and data cabling for information technology systems. Other products include security systems, video surveillance, fiber optic cable systems, and voice and data phone systems for companies of all sizes.

One thing that makes A-1 Mechanical fairly unique in its field is that we design system plans in-house. All of the mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as AutoCAD design, is done by the firm’s own staff. Because we engineer our projects in-house, we can bring most jobs in under budget and right on time.

Today A-1 Mechanical has over 100 employees, which includes the aforementioned mechanical and electrical engineers and designers, certified air balance technicians who test and balance commercial air systems, field supervisors and various other technicians. And there’s a lot of longevity among the staff. Just between the owner, the company’s general manager and its electrical engineers, there is over 200 years of experience – experience clients can count on when they need a job done both competently and efficiently.
