A Center for Mental Wellness has been providing quality mental and behavioral healthcare to people throughout Delaware since 2008.  Our staff and providers are dedicated to ensuring that everyone who enters our doors feels as comfortable as possible while receiving the best treatment available to address their unique needs.  A Center for Mental Wellness offers outpatient individual, couples, family, and group therapy using such approaches as PCIT, TFCBT, CBT, CPT, Theraplay, and play therapy; medication evaluations and medication management; professional development seminars such as APT approved play therapy trainings; parenting workshops such as Parenting with Love and Logic; mental awareness and advocacy events including the Out of the Darkness Walk for Suicide Prevention in partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
