Abercrombie & Kent was founded in 1962, when Geoffrey Kent and his parents pioneered the first modern luxury safari, a bespoke mobile camp unprecedented in its sophistication. This inimitable combination of ‘adventure by day, luxury by night’ became the blueprint not just for Abercrombie & Kent, but for the entire concept of experiential travel.
