Our Industrial Treatment System (“ITS”) provides compact, all-in-one process water and wastewater treatment with media regeneration. The ITS is a compact treatment system used to clean process water so that the water can be discharged or reused. The ITS system has a much lower operating cost, a small footprint, and a regenerable media; thus solving many current water treatment problems. The ITS can dramatically improve an operation by reducing the amount of water purchased, hazardous disposal and hauling, dependence on contracted services, and exposure to regulatory and environmental risks.

SilaFresh™ additive is a high capacity and flexible sorbent with unique particles that reversibly expand upon absorption of organic liquids. This creates a high absorption and loading capacity, making SilaFresh additive particularly well suited for encapsulation of actives and fragrances, and absorption of malodorous compounds and sebum. The pore structure of the media results in extended delivery of fragrances and actives, and it can be modified to create a desired release rate. SilaFresh additive has a soft, smooth feel and blends well with other ingredients. SilaFresh additive is chemically inert and can be formulated with dry and liquid phase formulations, including those based on ethanol.
