ACME Group is a global renewable energy company focused on solar, wind, and the development of green hydrogen and ammonia, and it operates a nutrition venture producing mycoprotein-based protein. It was founded by Mr Manoj K. Upadhyay and is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, with more than two decades of activity. Its solar arm, ACME Solar, has built a portfolio exceeding 6 GWp, with around 1.5 GWp currently in operation and roughly 10 GWp under construction across 13 states in India and Oman.

Through its green hydrogen and ammonia initiatives, the group aims to scale commercial projects globally after piloting in Bikaner. Recent developments include expansion of facilities in Oman and partnerships with NTPC Green Energy, Oriana Power, and SCC Infrastructure to advance green ammonia and related clean energy projects.
