Action Advocacy, PC was established in Connecticut in 1985 by bankruptcy lawyer David Falvey. 

Specializing in consumer finance for over two decades we've helped thousands of Connecticut residents manage their debt issues with both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options.

Action Advocacy provides alternatives to bankruptcy. We understand that filing bankruptcy is a hard decision to make and that almost no one wants to file .There are situations where bankruptcy is not a viable option in settling your debt and that is why when we meet with clients we present the full picture of their debt settlement options.

The Action Advocacy Mission is  to afford the consumer with an objective and professional evaluation of all their options when dealing with debt and to facilitate turning the ‘negative into a positive’, namely, by improving credit scores within 12-24 months after filing a bankruptcy petition.
