Activ8 is a Sports Performance company with a mission to develop athletes, improve health and increase performance.  We accomplish this using an integrated private coaching model that incorporates performance training, functional body analysis, biometrics, nutrition and performance psychology. Our target market is professional athletes and currently we have athletes in all major sports. However, our athletes include the youth and active adults. We have a results driven, goal oriented team of specialists dedicated to coaching our clients to a performance based solution.
