Adopt A Highway Maintenance Corporation® (AHMC) is a female led business, powered by a group of "can-do" individuals. For 28 years we have managed the day-to-day operations of the Adopt A Highway® and Sponsor A Highway® Programs across the nation. 

In 1990 AHMC pioneered the public-private partnership model underlying Adopt A Highway® and Sponsor A Highway® programs when it helped successfully launch the first-ever model in California. Since then, we have provided over $100M in highway and beach beautification services in 25 states, paid for by over 15,000 companies both large and small. 95% of all Department of Transportation (DOT) contracts procured remain in force today, and our partnerships have contributed to the removal of over 4.5 million pounds of trash.
