At Advantage Private Home Care, we provide individualized private home care plans to fit the specific needs of the client and their family. With more than a decade serving patients in our community, we are licensed and able to serve clients in 23 counties across the Atlanta-Metro area.

Our goal is not only to provide the very best private home care to our clients, but to also offer support and serve as a resource of information for our clients and caregivers. 

We require our caregivers to be state licensed, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). These caregivers serve under a personalized care plan developed according to the specific needs of the individual by our Director of Nursing and support staff. While other organizations may not prioritize achieving continuity of care, Advantage Private Home Care strives to consistently provide the same caregivers in an individual's home.

•Personal Care With Bathing, Hygiene and Grooming
•Transferring, Transportation and Escort Services
•Fall Prevention and Home Safety Monitoring
•Physical Exercise and Mental Stimulation
•Medication Reminders
•Nutritious and Balanced Meal Planning and Preparation
•Light Housekeeping, Laundry
•Assisting with Pet Care
•Planning and Assisting with Outings and Doctor Appointments
•Companionship and Connecting With Friends
