When I first started building this business, I had no one to look to for guidance. No mentor, no proven roadmap, no voice of experience telling me what to do or how to do it. I had to figure it out the hard way. That’s why I created Advantage Resources: to give business owners the same clarity, tools, and strategies that big companies take for granted. Many of my initial clients had the same challenge. For those first clients, I spent a lot of time helping them create a usable and executable business plan - a simple, yet effective “blue-print” on how to move forward. That evolved into the various things I do with clients today to make them more Efficient, more Effective, and more Profitable!
