The principal objective of the Fund is to maximize total return through private equity investment in small to medium size companies in the African continent. Due to the decrease in the number of high-growth investment opportunities in the US and other developed countries, the fund will focus on the often overlooked investment frontier that is Africa. The fund aims to capitalize on the continent’s high potential return of investment which is made possible by the scarcity of capital available to a great number of even well-performing companies in the region. We also have the opportunity to be an early player in this new investment frontier.
