The Agence de services et de paiement (ASP) is an interministerial public establishment in the government administration sector, based in Île-de-France, France. It operates under the joint authority of the ministries responsible for agriculture and for employment, serving as both a paying agency and a public operator that implements European, national, and local policies. It serves more than 130 contracting authorities, including the European Union as the leading payer of agricultural subsidies, as well as numerous ministries and regional and departmental councils.
